• Free accounts are limited to 3 searches per day
• Individual Plans include 1 detailed implementation plan
• Premium accounts have unlimited access to all features
• Excessive usage that impacts service performance may be restricted

Billing Terms

• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Billing Cycle: Premium subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Price Changes: We will notify you 30 days before any price changes
• Taxes: You are responsible for applicable taxes

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Access: You retain access until the end of your billing period
• Premium Refunds: Full refund available within 7 days of initial subscription
• Individual Plans: No refunds for one-time Individual Plan purchases
• Disputes: Contact us within 30 days for billing disputes

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by useToolCraft and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

• You retain ownership of any content you submit to our service
