By accessing, browsing, or using useToolCraft ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and useToolCraft.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

useToolCraft provides AI tool discovery, recommendations, and implementation guidance. Our services include:

User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to use our service
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access
• You may not share your account credentials with others

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our service for any purpose that is:

Prohibited Activities

• Illegal: Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Harmful: Transmitting malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Abusive: Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Fraudulent: Impersonating others or providing false information
• Spam: Sending unsolicited communications or automated requests
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer or access our systems

Usage Limits

• Free use is limited to 10 searches per day
• A Setup kit covers the tools in the workflow or shortlist it was bought for, plus 30 days of change alerts for those tools
• Legacy Premium and Individual plans bought before October 2026 keep the access they were sold with
• Excessive usage that impacts service performance may be restricted

Purchases and Billing

What we sell

Billing Terms

• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never see your card number.
• Setup kits: Charged once at checkout. Nothing renews.
• Legacy subscriptions: Premium subscriptions bought before October 2026 continue to bill monthly or yearly in advance until cancelled
• Price Changes: Changes to a subscription price are announced 30 days ahead; a kit costs what the page said when you bought it
• Taxes: You are responsible for applicable taxes

Cancellation and Refunds

• Setup kit refunds: Full refund within 14 days of purchase; after that the kit is yours to keep and no refund applies
• Legacy subscriptions: Cancel at any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the period already paid, and a full refund is available within 7 days of the first charge
• Legacy Individual plans: One-time purchases made before October 2026 are not refundable
• Disputes: Contact us within 30 days for billing disputes

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by useToolCraft and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

• You retain ownership of any content you submit to our service
• You grant us a license to use your content to provide and improve our services
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you submit
• We may remove content that violates these terms

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service. By using our service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Service Availability and Modifications

Service Availability

• We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
• We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

• These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law

Termination

Termination by You

• You may terminate your account at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
• You may request data deletion upon termination

Termination by Us

• We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms
• We may suspend service for non-payment
• We will provide notice when reasonably possible
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where useToolCraft is based. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.

• We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication first
• Formal disputes may be subject to arbitration
